Christen Landry runs a shortly-after-sunrise practice on the sand at Van's Beach, with Pyramid Point out across the water. Expect arms-up sun salutations timed to the sun climbing the dunes. Bring a towel — it works better than a mat on sand, and it's there for a swim afterward if you choose to take a dip in the big lake. Coffee will be waiting at the trailhead when class finishes.
