Perfect for absolute beginners or those returning to ballet decades later, this welcoming class requires no prior dance experience. Forget any notions of needing a dancer's physique or formal attire – simply come in comfortable clothes you can move freely in and ballet slippers. Over the course of the class, we will explore the fundamental elements of ballet with barre work, center work, stretching, and expression through dancing choreography. Come discover the elegance and discipline of ballet in a supportive and encouraging environment. Leave feeling lengthened, strengthened, and with a renewed sense of grace and joy!

Kat's Virtual Face Yoga class guides you through a morning meditation, gentle stretches, and relaxation techniques for stress and tension in the upper back, chest, neck and face. This 30-minute practice will energize, strengthen, and tone your face while providing a great stretch to align your body for balanced posture. You'll also have time to connect with your mind, body, and breath. These facial exercises stimulate facial muscles, tighten the skin, and reduce signs of aging. By engaging in gentle resistance training, you'll improve circulation, enhance your complexion, and smooth wrinkles, leaving you ready to move intentionally into the rest of your day. When you join class please ensure you have clean hands and face, and your zoom camera on.
