Join us for this joyfully inspired Solstice Candlelit Yoga, Meditation and Burning Bowl session.
Winter Solstice is the “real” New Year. This day is the the darkest, shortest, least producative day of the entire year. The darkest hour recognizes our most negative actions and thoughts, and a commitment toward banishment of the minsets that stagnate us, and hold us back from our true light-being nature. Winter Solstice is a renewal of light, love, hope and peace. It is celebrated as a Return to Light in most ancient and modern cultures.
In preparation for new light, new hope, new grace and new love, we practice together, intuitively flowing. In stillness we center and make clear our intentions. In the celebratory Burning Bowl ceremony we commit to letting go of what is behind us. In this simple way, we clear a dynamic path for renewed joy and gratefulness for all that we have, and are, and will be.
This workshop will be led by Sandra Carden, master Yoga teacher, in practice since 1972.
Namaste.
